At Safaira Organics, we stand behind the quality of our natural hair care products. However, due to hygiene and safety standards for personal care items, we only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. Send us an email at safairaorganics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or process a refund for you.
